Poor senior sales management, no real leadership. If they like you OK if not BAD.

They do have a family environment if you are young and not looking to move up any time soon. It's a great "starter" job for those just out of highschool / college.

Cons

They are so antequated with their technology and are trying to throw money into their fiber network. A good move on the fiber but they are losing customers hand over fist. It's just a day late and a dollar short... Just like any other job some managers are better than others, but poor management is killing them. They do NOT treat their tenured employees well at all. As a matter of fact, they are typically the first to go in a layoff.
