Pros
1) Great people - a lot of talented and cool individuals across the departments, people you'd be just as happy working on a project with as grabbing a beer together with 2) Room for growth for employees - can get out of it what you put in, there are a lot of opportunities for advancement and professional goals 3) Awesome product - the engineers here use the product every day, so this makes working on it and improving it all the more interesting. Lot of open source in the tech stack which also keeps things interesting
Cons
1) Production noise can be quite heavy, but there is a lot of work going in to quiet this and huge improvements over the past year 2) Challenges of working with people in different time zones
