Communication needs work. Lots of information kept “secret” until they are officially ready to announce. However, this causes rumors to spread

Thanks for your review. We work hard to make sure that we communicate appropriately to all of our employees. Sometimes that means that we need to hold off on sharing information with the entire team, until we can communicate with the people being impacted. We communicate information on a regular basis through department newsletters and through our monthly all employee meetings.
