2yThanks for your review. Our employees have the opportunity to work either full-time in our office or on a hybrid schedule where 50% of their time is in the office and 50% of their time is remote. This is not immoral. This type of flexibility has actually helped us with our recruiting efforts and we have many employees who love having the balance of working from home but also interacting with their co-workers in person. Our employees also love having the opportunity to participate in our many company events when working in the office. We wish you the best of luck moving forward.
