Positive relaxed atmosphere. Top notch benefit package. Beautiful campus. Tons of company sponsored outings and team events. Open door policy. Overall fun place to work!

Cons

Standard growing pains of a fast growing company like finding the right fit for certain departments, under-defined roles, etc. Overall, there are not a lot of cons and most cons are dealt with quickly.
