Pros

The people are what make this agency great to work for. Culture can be tough at times but if you participate and actively engage, you will do great here.

Cons

For staff employees, there is no pension and it's difficult to move up the career ladder. Other duties as assigned is really utilized here and you will be asked to exceed your job duties to receive a proper raise. Executives put their own personal goals and ambitions ahead of what's best for the department.
