Location Visp is remote and food served at the cantine is not great. The recently announced return to office policy (4 days a week) reduces even further the location attractiveness . Functions being cut and relocated overseas, as part of cost cutting initiatives. no clarity of teams impacted in the shorter and longer term is bringing down the morale, Company grew fast thus missing some of the backbone processes. Part of the business on site in old fashioned and is difficult to promote change or ways of working
