      Salary, benefits and some employees really trying to do their best (specially new ones not contaminated with old culture)

      Free breakfast once per week.

      Lonza bend QC has the worst training program I've ever seen. Poorly written and ambiguous SOPs with tons of tribal knowledge. New employees are left to fend for themselves. Spineless do-nothing-to-improve anything management that allows a hostile and "not my fault culture" to exist. The low morale poisons the work environment and sours people who would otherwise be fine to work with. The highest turnover rate I've ever seen in a lab. It's also not uncommon for people to be fired, which is typically because they were given inadequate guidance and/or not properly trained. Bend is beautiful, but it's not worth it if you have to work here.

      No communication, upper management has their favorite people who do not follow the rules but never get in trouble. Also when you call someone you ask a question they never get back to you.
