      So far, so good, but poorly organized.

      Pros

      Very relaxed environment, 401k matching, generous vacation policy. You'll find many employees who have been with the company for 10+ years. There's even a yearly bonus program based on pre-determined (and publicized) metrics.

      Cons

      Pretty disorganized, not very transparent, paperwork is required even for the most mundane tasks, frequent miscommunication among different departments. Additionally, it seems like every year there's some company initiative that seems to fall by the way side. And I almost forgot, they have a TERRIBLE weather policy. The site just about never closes (literally like 2 times in the last 5 years) so if an employee can't make it in, they have to waste a vacation day.

      Decent pay. Good people. Not a bad location for people who live around Frederick

      Cons

      Upper management only cares about money. Not a single person in leadership cares about the employees.
