      Pros

      Career Development. Many projects to gain broad experience from a manufacturing/operations point of view. Chance to experience CDMO business at the supposed "Tier One" level.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. Management styles vary wildly across teams, projects and departments. Fundamental leadership skills are non-existent in teams. Respect is absent in the company ethos and across teams. No subsidised lunches or meals. No gym on site, no real events involving team building. Serious lack of experienced employees in technical positions. Double standard when it comes to job responsibilities. Corporate politics runs rampant here.
