      Cons

      Upper management for core technicians rely on empty promises, platitudes, and outright lies to retain talent. Many who are hired as core techs are in reality relegated to "environment monitors" without prior notice. At no point during the interview process is this scenario mentioned but instead there's the proverbial carrot dangled in front of you about rising through the ranks. If you have a high tolerance for inconsistency and nonsense then it's not a bad place to get your feet wet. But if you have a shred of dignity or integrity then it's not the place for you.
