Pros

Colleagues are normally young and international, so that you can have language exchanges very easily. An opportunity to improve language knowledge. As there are barely people and the turnover is high, managemeny is normally flexible with your holidays.

Cons

Disorganized management board, not competitive salaries. If your goal is to grow at any cost, this is your place. If you want to stay steady and grow as you learn, and you want to learn from other people, find a different company. Normally you will work more than 10 hours a day if you want to. But many people will not even work 5 a day (when per contract they have 8...).
