      - Diversity among colleagues from different locations - Very friendly environment - Salary and benefits were attactive

      Cons

      - Disorganisation, things happen very slowly...... - Quite stressful at times. If you are good at your job then responsibility and work load are piled on to no end - Some lack of transparency between senior management and associates - Typical bureaucratic nature expected from large pharma company, lots of hoops, not much recognition - Expect to work hours well outside of what is detailed in your contract
