Cons

Sometimes the hours can be hard and work demanding but ultimately feels fulfilling.

Pros

The staff running the department that I interviewed with were very fair and clear with their expectations. Training has been thorough, and safety has been a priority. Flexible on clocking in and out, overtime available depending on role, and onsite cafeteria with free coffee included. There are continuing education programs for those that choose them, as well as moving assistance for certain roles to this location. Once yearly bonus based on performance as well.

Cons

Workload is spread across team, but there will always be work that needs to be done, and deadlines are a constant.
