close to home, need for employees, willing to hire people with no experience

Cons

Way too much work, no praise for a job well done, too much responsibility given to young workers, management holds promotions over peoples heads, the whole business is severly disorganized

Cons

Impulsive management that has difficulty with creating and executing strategies Inability to stick to their plans results in missing goals, which leads to budget shortfalls and lower annual, and long-term, compensation benefits. Lack of diversity at the top. A number of sites (not exclusive to any one of the major Lonza Sectors) are dysfunctional, so do your homework if you're looking to join.
