Pros

Canteen food is decent, but not cheap

Cons

As described in the headline, welfare is bad and management basically do not care for the biotechnologist. Turnover rate is high and seniors have to train the juniors, but juniors do not stay long. If anything happen, management just want to find a scapegoat to quickly and quietly close the case. Basically juniors will be the scapegoat even if seniors are the one making the mistakes. It's very obvious there's an invisible hierarchy system in place.

Pros

Pay is not too bad

Cons

The senior management team in Houston is controlled by a man that just wants yes men around him. He has taken the site backwards in the last 12 months +. The environment is toxic and the HR team poor, especially at the very top. I would not recommend going there if you value your mental health. No gratitude for working hard, just focus on negatives
