      Toxic work culture

      Pros

      Fairly good salary UK office is well connected by transport links.

      Cons

      Too much work load. The head of validation has no respect for their team and is creating a toxic work culture. She is totally unfit!! Management is very rude and lacks basic leadership skills. Outdated systems and technology.

      Staff members can be friendly Bonus is decent Plenty of opportunities to move department and build your career before leaving

      Cons

      Lack of collaboration as teams are aggressive against each other. I've never seen soo many people getting signed off from burnout or disappearing suddenly. Everyone looks and sound like zombies with no life left in them. The recent push for lower headcount and higher workload has a huge negative effect on all aspect of the company.

      Great people, some great managers, few good policies, some great ethical co-workers

      Cons

      Not all leadership are as ethical as they want to appear; not all managers follow the policies for their teams; some employes try to be customer centric, but are not allowed for the sake of $$; unfortunately, diversity is sometimes in name only
