Everyone here is super supportive and are willing to train new hires. The work environment is really positive and comfortable. I learn so much better and quicker than I did in my last job, the trainers and managers do a great job making sure everyone is feeling confident in doing certain assays. Wish I had come here sooner.

Cons

The commute is a bit far and difficult, especially during bad weather.
