Too Much politics, India Top management and HR is highly unethical

Pros

Flexible/Hybrid Working , Food, Cab services , Medical benefits etc Globally its good company but in India its working culture is total garbage due to management.

Cons

India top management is highly biased/Corrupt and work only for its own benefits, Favoritism prevails too much. Local HR is also highly corrupt & involved in politics even harm employees for own benefit.Employee welfare comes last priority amid politics. There is no harmony among people. Due to this kind of working atmosphere they are indirectly harming company growth and reputation.
