      Weekly pay, decent benefits, 40 hrs week with over time optional

      Cons

      Not easy to move up within the company. Seems people get overlooked . Have too much family in one company. Opinions or ideas go unheard . Staff seems to blame others when there's problems . No accountability what so ever . Poor management- lack of training, experience, education.

      Great medical benefits ..tiered pay structure. Yearly bonus. Safety drawings.

      Childing coworkers but can be overcome with diligence.

      Good benefits, nice co-workers, good hours

      Cons

      Management never taking responsibility for actions, no accountability when mistakes are made. no help when asked for it. Basically set you up to fail unless you fall within their clique.
