Pros

Lots of opportunities to take the lead and make improvements.

Cons

Growing pains. While there are plenty of opportunities, they can get scattered and a lack of focus can draw some projects out over longer periods of time or dropped for more urgent ones.

Pros

Great 401k match. That’s it…

Cons

Leadership is controlling and out of touch. Turnover is wildly high due to poor management and training. Fingers pointed at those working the hardest. Low compensation compared to other companies.
