Pros

Compensation is fair, benefits are excellent, with the 401k matching is incredible. You have the ability to advance if you put in the work and are dedicated. We get to travel the country.

Cons

Some of the corporate "red tape" can be exhausting and slow. The travel schedule is not for everyone with the field personnel being gone 21-45 days at a time.
