Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you’ve appreciated the opportunity to start with Loram without prior experience. Creating accessible entry points is important to us. We also understand that long rotations and compensation differences can be challenging. Rotational schedules are designed to meet customer needs and ensure consistent work, but we know the lifestyle isn’t for everyone. Regarding pay, we regularly review compensation structures across regions to remain competitive and equitable within local markets. We appreciate your perspective and will continue working to improve the employee experience.
