Pros

Flexible hours, company truck, hotels and fights paid for. Travel time paid. Pretty much your own boss

Cons

No cons. It's a good place to work and get experience on the railroad road.

Pros

If you can land on a good machine, you can pull long hours with a lot of over time and make okay money.

Cons

The management is awful, the hours are long, and the snow is cold out there, you'll be in it.
