Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear you found the accommodations to be decent, though we understand that frequent travel and extended time away from home can be challenging. We also hear your concerns regarding pay and want you to know that we continuously review our compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive in the industry, while also providing overtime opportunities and career growth. Your feedback is valuable, and we’ll share it with leadership as we work to improve the overall employee experience.

Pros

Great benefits for full time employees, interesting work, exposure to a wide range of things. They are open to work from home, and PTO is decent. People are kind and willing to help you out/help you learn. Good culture.

Cons

Lots of recent internal shuffling of departments/managers/management. If on contract, it's usually a reoccurring contract and not contract to hire. The contract house Loram works with (Actalent) is not the greatest, sometimes hard to get ahold of, and benefits are poor. They also offer 16 hours PTO for every 400 hours worked, which isn't that awesome and may even violate MN ESST accrual rules...

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you’ve had positive experiences with our culture, benefits, remote work flexibility, and the opportunities to learn and grow alongside a supportive team. We also appreciate your honest input regarding contract roles and your experience with our staffing agency. Your concerns are valid, and we understand how important transparency, support, and compliance are—especially regarding benefits and PTO accrual. We’ll be reviewing this feedback closely with our agency partner to ensure alignment. We value feedback like yours as it helps us continue improving the experience for all employees—both full-time and contract. Thank you again for your thoughtful review.

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you appreciate the learning opportunities and the healthy work-life balance. We believe that hands-on experience can be a powerful teacher, and it's great to hear that's been your experience. As for the rest — we agree, sometimes you really do have to see it for yourself! We appreciate your perspective and are glad you're part of the team.
