Pros

Good way to build skills for electronics, problem solving, and customer relations. Opportunity for traveling and seeing sights that are remote and not normally accessible. Great starting position for getting into railroad industry. Have opportunities for knowledge and skill building through company online learning system.

Cons

100% travel required and needed to be able to live from hotel to hotel. No per diem given as well. Need to be in good physical condition for handling heavy materials for greasing units in all different types of weather conditions.
