Pros

You are the master of your fate at LORAM. The production grinding crews are diverse, this will help you learn to communicate better with your fellow humans. Pay, well you won't be able to walk off the street many places and make what you could bring home here. Health insurance and 401k as well as benefits are excellent. We focus on safety and we pride ourselves in it.

Cons

Work life balance. Hard to maintain a healthy diet.
