Pros

Travel and allot of overtime

Cons

Very poor HR department and field staff aren't any better. If things in the field are going badly you will be forced out.

Pros

The pay was ok and they had beer and snack once a month but the HR VP was trying very hard to take that away.

Cons

The Human Resources department is poorly run. There are no existing processes in place. Management blames all problems on those below them with no control over situations. Twelve hour days were normal and they kept you on call 24/7/365.
