Learn a lot from the experienced Learn your basic eletrical skills Learn mechanical ability Railroad experience Good exercise Company flys and pays for hotel and baggage Great people to learn and get to see the USA or CANADA!! Best machine to work on ia rail vacs and ditchers ditchers maybe 60 to 70+ and nice relax time stay awhile see the sights!!! Good experience to get a better paying job like I did

Need to pay more Better benefits or bonus incentives High turnover rate Long hours its all about production but that's the only way you can make any money is the time and a half Got alot of favoritism don't know much treated like crap Lie about timeoff be stuck out 6 months at a time if no help is available Traveling especially on the rail grinder gets old move move move all the time no relax time Good money if ya wanna work 100+ Go through management people constantly!!
