Pros

Pay, benefits, new environments, Safety, Job Security, Advancement Opportunity, Experience Gained, Challenging Work Environment Great opportunity to make good money, received, good benefits, experience the country, and work on one of a kind equipment. People tend to shy away from the starting pay, but I can assure you, that the hours you'll work will easily make up for it. If you have a level head and are mechanically inclined, Advancement will come quick. Company is pretty good about raising pay scales annually. Company offers 401k with a 150% match, up to 6%.

Cons

Travel, 100%. You will adopt the lifestyle of a Nomad. All expenses are paid, besides food, but it does get old after a few years. Although this is a 'Con', this company gives an opportunity at a better life for this po'dunk hillbilly.
