      Pros

      Great company to work for. Free Travel expenses are paid for by company and per Diem. Company Christmas party's are great.

      Cons

      Time away from home if you have family. Working solo no crew. And a lot to of driving to each work site.

      Pros

      Excellent company. Family friendly. Great work atmosphere. I have been with the company for several years and am very grateful for the position I have with them. It's truly a job I look forward to going to.

      Cons

      Honestly, there are not any downsides that I can think of. I have been very happy with my position. I would be very happy to continue working for them for the rest of my career.
