Pros

Family-friendly, great company to work for. You get what you give, for the most part. The majority of employees receive recognition for their contributions to the company. I would definitely recommend working for Loram MoW, Inc.

Cons

There are a few middle managers that take free rides on the backs of their hard-working employees, and take credit for work that they contributed nothing to.

Pros

The only pro to working with Loram, is going home.

Cons

low wages, long hours with no breaks, sometimes you have to travel 2-3 hours each way to get to work, which is not paid time, so sometimes have 16-18hours days and get paid for 12. You have to provide your own meals, so when you get off work and have 7-8 hours before you go back to work you have to eat and prepare a lunch for the next day, hard to do in a hotel. More like a salve than a job for what you get paid .Travel and see the world, lol, you see the bottom of a grinder everyday, not much travel in that .
