Pay and benefits are good but not worth all the cons
Cons
Management is corrupt, manipulative, and dishonest. They overwork employees instead of hiring to replace employees they fired. Some of the community members go to the extreme with their emotions (i.e. anger and racism) towards their neighbors and/or city staff. The stories I heard working there are crazy. Terrible work culture
