Pros

-I liked the health insurance -coworkers and supervisor at the time were the best I could ask for, but you can't control who you get

Cons

-pay should definitely increase -get ready to be yelled at by restaurant owners/employees and sometimes people in your own department -not very professional

Pros

Benefits and ability to promote quickly if you are a hard worker. In many cases, obtained a degree in certain fields will open the door for more opportunities.

Cons

Micromanaging and old school style of management which is practiced by many of the older executive level staff which is in direct conflict with the County’s mission as it relates to supervision and management.
