Pros

Coworkers, and boss was flexible in what we do while working. As long the work is done that’s all that matters.

Cons

Not flexible with scheduling always 5*8 for the week. Poor upper management and never gets anything done. High turnover rates. Pay is low with lots of work. Dealing with lots of crazy , aggressive patients.

Pros

Meaningful work helping the community and connecting them with critical and often life saving resources.

Cons

Long hours, working with difficult people who are sometimes irate/mentally ill. Also must be constantly juggling the political implications of the work that is being done. Loss of Privacy.
