Pros

It was a good experience working with County people and their team of workers. The atmosphere was slower than a regular law firm or office practice, which I liked and enjoyed while I was there. I learned many of the software on my own and not by training. I also admired the co-workers attitude of bringing in goodies to celebrate certain Holidays of the year, while in other places one does not see these parties or get together very often.

Cons

Management was not very strong and efficient. Training was not provided to candidates that walked in to a new position. Technology was not very updated and needed to wait for a long time before a new employee receives supplies to begin their assignments.
