Pros

Not afraid to be concerned about staff wellbeing. Benefit package is improving on a year to year basis. Management like to inform staff on company performance and have a proactive inclusion policy.

Cons

As Lotusworks has me contracted to another company the work load is quite large, and overtime is a must. The company i'm working in has better benefits, and am sometimes made feel like a less valuable member of a team as i'm a contractor.

Nothing really to say about this organization. The organization as a whole is very good. Pay and benefits are very good. Great work/life balance. They want to know you and will always listen to you.

Cons

You either fit in with organization or you don’t and don’t see many leave compared to other companies in the current times
