Pros
The employees are the most compelling reason to work at LPA. The design staff strongly desires to provide superior services and works well together. Owner treats staff as family. LPA supports and uses many new technologies to serve the client. The company supports employees in seeking the proper work-family balance. The work has many good challenges to help staff grow skills.
Cons
The company is too closely tied to one big client and has most business in one sector. LPA advocates open communication but struggles to provide it. The company does not appear to have a strategy for the future. Project management teams lack consistency and continuity.
