I was able to gain experience working with the younger kiddo's receiving early intervention.

Cons

There are cliques within the company. If you don't belong, you don't advance in the company.

Friendly environment to work for. Very supportive staff members, Great social skills program for children and Fun.

Cons

Lots of driving, average pay, upon hired company promised for a full-time employment within 3 months but didn't happen. I see a lot of people are still part-time and barely making the hours. So if you applied for this company make sure to clarify where you ll be driving and you constantly reminding the scheduler you need more hours. If you really need a full-time job apply somewhere else. Dont waste your time.

Pros

-Great work culture -Uplifting supervisors and directors -If you're willing to ask for help, you'll get it

Cons

-Training could use work, they basically throw you in and its sink or swim -Lower pay than rival companies, but its a trade off with how happy I was with the company's environment -Scheduling could use work, better problem solving-assign cases within the vicinity of the employee. Some days I would drive 50 billable miles
