This is a great place to work at! The team really strives to provide great services and client care to all. There are very caring staff members that do their best to deliver outstanding services to all clients! Management is flexible and accommodating to the needs of working parents and professionals who are striving to have a healthy work-life balance

Cons

Behavioral healthcare industry is challenging with changes in policies and procedures. This makes our staff work longer hours to make sure we're keeping in compliance.

-Flexible schedule -Chances to be creative with teaching -Chances to move up in the company(if you sign contract for getting MA/MS) -Good entry level job to work with kids in psychology to eventually transition to BCBA, SLP, OT or education/counseling. -(Pre covid)- supervisors were very open to training staff on cases in person

Cons

-Inconsistent hours(not good for living financially stable on your own) -Company policies changing frequently -As a behavior interventionist there’s a max pay rate that still is not enough to live off of -(since Covid)Supervisors do not come in person(zoom is very impersonal/lazy way to manage cases) -these same issues exist at EVERY aba company
