Reasonable clothing allowance and clothes are super cute.

Cons

Zero work life balance. You will be given unrealistic goals and then targeted if you don’t meet them. If you speak up for self regarding performance or how you’re being treated you will be gaslighted and retaliated against. Not to mention you have to be skinny, blonde haired and blue eyed to even be considered for any career opportunities. If you are a person of color they will use you for social media post to make it look as if they believe in diversity and inclusion. Please be aware THEY DON’T. Do your research on this company and please believe everything you read. The company is ran by a bunch of mean, worn-out old white women trying to relive their “glory days”.

Sad to say all of the negative reviews are true. They want you to shove merchandise down peoples throats. Text you on your days off. Higher-ups act holier than thou and it really is a sorority mentality. Wish I had never worked for the company and just admired the brand from afar
