None. It used to be a place where you looked up to leadership now it is a place of double standards and hypocrisy.

Corporate is given the week between Christmas and New Year off. Everyone was told to return to work 1/2 even though it is a federally observed holiday. Excuse from ownership and executives was that the office just had a week off. Today not one person from the executive team was in the office. The President and ownership still on their perspective vacations. Time off was approved for some employees while HR sent an email saying no one was allowed to use their pto in the days leading up to the office closure or after even though it is not a policy. I could go on and on about the lack of culture and awareness by leadership. Don’t work here pay is atrocious the hours are long. The idea of a raise is laughable, slightly more than a merit increase. Ownership and executives micromanage and do not trust the talent they hire. There isn’t enough room to get into the owners and Rebecca’s distasteful treatment of her employees. Nothing is confidential everyone knows everyone’s business especially when you leave. Leadership is inappropriate in their verbiage discussion of employees (current and past). Employees shouldn’t know the ins and outs of their superiors personal lives. It’s so sad to see what this company has become. Take these reviews seriously and run towards a different career opportunity.
