Met some cross department coworkers who is willing to give support.

Cons

Very strong favoritism during day-to-day work. Was treated very different than another coworker, who has same background as the manager. Manager changed mind 10 time during the day, when she / the other coworker forgot or even make mistake, she just laugh it off. if you didn't get chance to do things, she will make you embarrass in front of others, never does that to the other coworker. If you feel sad, she will say you are over sensitive. How many good things you did she will take for granted, if anything not start yet, she will blame and speak in an angry tone. Report to HR multiple times and confronted to her directly, nothing improved. Had to leave this unprofessional environment.

Allowance - that’s just about all the pros TBH

Cons

Completely disorganized, expect you to be available at all times/days, everyone is overworked and exhausted all the time, a lot of tears!!!! Owner only likes skinny girls in their early 20s and will look at everyone else with such judgement. Retail is growing way too fast expecting them to double their stores then sell the company within the next 12 months. They just don’t care about their employees.

Cons

Colleagues are catty, unfriendly, and super abrasive, especially sales. No clear direction on responsibilities. More and more being added to your roster. No formal onboarding process. Double check your onboarding documents or you won't be paid on time.
