Great for those looking to gain experience in human services.

Cons

Wage discrepancies, incompetent leadership, terrible for career advancement, horrible work culture, bias towards various minority groups, doesn't value staff, Union works for company and poor values in action. If zero stars was possible I would have rated the company zero stars.
