They expect you to know your department like its your business (as most companies would.) The job it's self with the economy the way it is is pretty stressful.

Cons

The hours can be a pain.

Pros

Decent pay for retail. Friendly upbeat people. benefits after 180 days on the job with employee 10% discount card after orientation.

Cons

Beginning to lose customer service excellence in favor of bottom line. Base hours is a thing of the past. Management tries to keep everything positive. Can be difficult to accomplish every goal.

Pros

You work on a corporate schedule, so as long as they follow it (like they are suppose to) you know your days off for the whole year.

Cons

In order to request a weekend off... you actually have to use your vacation time if it's not your corporate weekend. The upper management wants toooooo much to make sales and requires you to be pushy... without being pushy... yeah, tell me how that works.
