Pros
The pay is very competitive for skilled trades positions. Human resources is very responsive to employee issues. Compensation issues can be resolved quickly.
Cons
The family insurance plans are very expensive and not very comprehensive. If you want to earn paid time off you have to negotiate it into your contract. They primarily specialize in healthcare positions so their skilled trade opportunities are a bit sporadic because that's not their primary area of focus.
