Pros

Office hours. Paid us for a lot of time we were not at work.

Cons

I can go on & on. They say they do not micromanage but that is all they do. Why do you need 2 manager's for a team with 4 people on it. One "manager" tells the other "manager" what to say. Why not just cut out the middle man literally & split his pay to the other staff. Base salary is horrible. Tried to make it work because I was told work hard & your commission will off set it. Explain how someone can have a commission less than $500 with over 10 nurses. Game days & happy hours with cheap $4.00 wine used to brainwash the college students that they are not making any money. Business Development is a joke. Jobs that no one wants to work. If you have 1/2 a brain & voice your concerns for a horrible forward vision of the company you are said to have a negative attitude even though your performance is excellent. I could continue.

Nepotism and Internal Communication Problems

Pros

Loyal Source offers competitive pay for recruiters, offers plenty of incentives like in-office happy hours, and networking tools like games.

Cons

Loyal Source does not value the 'support' side of the building whatsoever. Numerous employees on the 'support' side are routinely given a contracted position without any promise for full, salaried benefits, strung along for months (if not over a year in my case) on a barely above minimum wage without any benefits. Upper management does not look out for employees beyond recruiters, senior managers, and some senior members. Managerial positions are filled with unqualified people based on Nepotism (or worse). Overall project management across departments and campaigns remains woefully lacking.
