Pros
The pay is decent and they offer fringe benefits and paid holidays to PRN employees.
Cons
Their PRN should be considered a Pool position because you will barely get any hours, only when FT needs off. They will give you hours and then take them away from you. They lie. They give positions to newcomers instead of first going through current employees. They take forever to resolve pay issues. Overall just not a very fair company.
