Pros
Pros: None. They deserve no stars. Don't be fooled by the flashy website, sweet talking recruiters and what sounds like impressive senior management. If you stay employed for any length of time at the same facility, such as a military base, at least you will be traded to another company.
Cons
As a recruited employee you are subject to the usually lousy management of your geographic place of employment in addition to the terrible HR and management of Loyal Source. There is no support, no orientation, no communication by Loyal Source. There is no telling what you will get from the facility you are actually working for, which you don't speak to until your first day of employment. Loyal Source makes no commitment to you. The place you are working makes no commitment to you. No one does. This is an employment agency only. Loyal Source is the middle man, charging their client twice the amount the employee receives as a salary, while doing none of the work. You are only a pulse filling a seat to make them money. It will be made very clear that you are a contractor, not a "real employee". You work, while the "real employees" work on their promotions, pay raises and enjoy all the benefits of the facility or company they work for. You don't. There is no earned seniority or career advancement. Pay, benefits and vacation time do not increase if you remain employed with this substandard agency. Loyal Source has you sign a statement obligating you to work for 6 months and provide a 60 day resignation notice if you want to quit, otherwise they fine you thousands of dollars. The only thing this deceitful company is "loyal" to is the ruthless ambition of nasty senior management and their paychecks.
