"Flexible" work week hybrid model

Cons

Micromanaging regardless of a perceived "flexible" work environment. Will check your computer activity or threaten to do so. Leadership had very little education and expertise in my area of work, but did not want to listen/make changes that are industry standard. If you like working in a FRAT house you will like it here. "work-life balance" is the idea that everyone is "family" and by having a keg in the lunch room. They pay their contract labor PENNIES! Very little professionalism. If you like taking orders like you're in the military, you'll like it here.

Totally misrepresented and unreasonable role

Absolutely none. Staff turnaround is massive and they are having trouble hiring psychs due to unreasonable productivity demands.

Cons

Completely unreasonable expectations, or rather demands. They expect you to complete at least 5 exams/day and you end up working 10+ hours. This was completely misrepresented during the interview. You are working non-stop. It is basically a conveyor belt environment. I don’t know anyone who would last more than a few months at this job.
